Use of the service

RepairFlow Pro is provided for repair shop management, including tickets, customers, devices, inventory, invoices, warranties, reporting, and technician workflows.

Account responsibility

Users are responsible for protecting login credentials, assigning proper roles, and ensuring that staff access matches business responsibilities.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans may be billed through third-party payment providers. Subscription access may depend on payment status, trial status, and selected plan features.

Acceptable use

Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful files, or use RepairFlow Pro for illegal activity.
